Disposal of Old Electrical and Electronic Equipment
In accordance with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), we would like to inform you of the following:
The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol indicates that you must dispose of old electrical and electronic equipment separately from unsorted municipal waste, particularly household waste.

Private end users must remove used batteries, rechargeable batteries that are not enclosed within the device, and lamps that can be removed without damage from old electrical and electronic equipment before handing the equipment over to a collection point. These components must be separated without causing damage. In this way, everyone contributes to sustainable and responsible waste disposal.
Private households may return old electrical and electronic equipment free of charge to retailers with a sales area of at least 400 square meters dedicated to electrical and electronic equipment, as well as food retailers with a total sales area of at least 800 square meters that offer and place electrical and electronic equipment on the market several times per calendar year or on a permanent basis.
When supplying a new electrical or electronic device to an end user, these retailers are required to accept, free of charge, an old device of the same type that performs essentially the same functions as the new device. The return must take place at the point of delivery or in its immediate vicinity.
These retailers must also accept, upon request and without requiring the purchase of a new electrical or electronic device, up to three old devices per device category, provided that no external dimension of any device exceeds 25 centimeters. Returns must be accepted free of charge at the retail store or in its immediate vicinity.
For retailers selling through distance communication channels, all storage and shipping areas are considered part of the retailer's sales area.
If you purchase a new electrical or electronic device from us, you may return an old device to us free of charge at the same time. Please note that the old device must be of the same type and perform essentially the same functions as the new device.
Even if you do not purchase a new electrical or electronic device from us, you may still return an old device, provided that none of its external dimensions exceeds 25 centimeters. Please note that we accept a maximum of three old devices per device category.
If you would like to take advantage of these return options, our designated collection point is located at:
MAG-Eubama GmbH & Co. KG Saline 14 78628 Rottweil Germany
You may return your old electrical or electronic equipment in person during our business hours or send it to us by mail (in-person drop-off or shipment).
Please ensure that any equipment classified as hazardous goods, or containing hazardous components, is properly packaged and protected during transportation in accordance with applicable requirements.
Users other than private households may also return old electrical and electronic equipment to MAG-Eubama GmbH & Co. KG, Saline 14, 78628 Rottweil, Germany, using the return methods described above.
We will arrange for the disposal of the returned equipment. However, we will only cover the disposal costs if the equipment is classified as non-historical waste equipment.
