Mag Instrument, Inc. garandeert de oorspronkelijke eigenaar dat deze zaklamp vrij is van defecten in onderdelen en vakmanschap gedurende tien jaar vanaf de datum van eerste retailaankoop.   Mag of een geautoriseerd Mag Warranty Service Center zal, gratis, een defecte zaklamp of onderdeel repareren of, naar eigen keuze, vervangen. (Mag garandeert niet de toekomstige beschikbaarheid van bepaalde kleuren of decoraties en kan een aangepaste zaklamp vervangen door een standaard zaklamp.)   Deze garantie vervangt alle andere garanties, expliciet of impliciet.

UITSLUITINGEN: Deze garantie dekt niet het volgende: 1. Lege batterijen; 2. Batterijlekkage; 3. Uitgebrande LED en/of defecte LED-module; of 4. Schade aan of defect van de zaklamp of een onderdeel daarvan door wijziging, misbruik, batterijlekkage of gebrek aan onderhoud.

Mag wijst elke verantwoordelijkheid voor incidentele of gevolgschade af. Sommige rechtsgebieden (landen, provincies en staten) staan uitsluiting of beperking van impliciete garanties, incidentele of gevolgschade en/of beperkingen van overdraagbaarheid niet toe, dus de bovenstaande beperkingen en uitsluitingen zijn mogelijk niet op u van toepassing.

HOE EN WANNEER EEN GARANTIECLAIM IN TE DIENEN: 1. Bij lege batterijen, stuur de zaklamp niet terug naar Mag, maar vervang de batterijen. 2. Als de zaklamp beschadigd is door batterijlekkage, stuur de zaklamp niet terug naar Mag, maar bepaal welk merk batterij de schade heeft veroorzaakt en volg de instructies van de batterijfabrikant over hoe je een schadeclaim indient. 3. Voor garantieretourzendingen: stuur eerst een e-mail naar info@maglite.eu en een teamlid zal zo snel mogelijk contact met je opnemen.

Deze garantie geeft u specifieke wettelijke rechten en u kunt andere rechten hebben die per land, provincie en staat verschillen. Wanneer een bepaling van deze garantie verboden is door de wet van een rechtsgebied, wordt die bepaling nietig en nietig, maar het overige deel van deze garantie blijft volledig van kracht en effect. DEZE UITSPRAAKEN HEBBEN GEEN INVLOED OP DE WETTELIJKE RECHTEN VAN EEN CONSUMENT.
