2. Technology and Features in the Head of the Flashlight

The flashlight uses a specialized Blue Spectrum LED light engine rather than a conventional white LED. Blue illumination is useful for applications such as low-light map and chart reading because it can provide detail without washing out symbols, notes, or elevation markings. It is also used for specialized field, blood-tracking, forensic, crime-scene, inspection, and hygiene-related applications.

The LED system incorporates LED Heat-Sink Technology to help manage heat generated by the LED and support dependable operation within the compact aluminum flashlight. Electronic power management works with the flashlight's multiple output settings to control power delivery from the three AAA batteries.

The XL50® design provides a compact head integrated into the flashlight's cylindrical form, producing a concentrated blue beam with 2,967 candela of peak intensity and an ANSI-rated reach of 109 meters.

The Blue Spectrum XL50® LED uses Maglite®'s QuickClik® electronic tail-cap switch, allowing the flashlight's functions to be selected from the tail cap rather than by twisting the head. The electronic interface is designed for fast one-handed access to the available operating functions.

The flashlight provides Full Power, Low Power, and Strobe functions. Full Power delivers the maximum 61-lumen blue output. Low Power reduces output to 10 lumens and extends runtime to approximately 23 hours. Strobe provides a flashing blue-light function when a signaling or attention-getting output is needed.

Mag Instrument, Inc. garandeert aan de originele eigenaar dat deze zaklamp vrij is van defecten in onderdelen en vakmanschap gedurende tien jaar vanaf de datum van eerste aankoop in de winkels.  Mag of een geautoriseerd Mag Warranty Service Center zal, kosteloos, een defecte zaklamp of onderdeel repareren of, naar eigen keuze, vervangen. (Mag garandeert niet de toekomstige beschikbaarheid van specifieke kleuren of decoraties en mag een op maat gemaakte zaklamp vervangen door een standaard zaklamp.)  Deze garantie vervangt alle andere garanties, expliciet of impliciet.

UITSLUITINGEN: Deze garantie dekt niet het volgende: 1. Uitputting van de batterij; 2. Batterijlekage; 3. Doorbranden van de LED en/of defect van de LED-module; of 4. Schade aan of defect van de zaklamp of een van de onderdelen daarvan als gevolg van wijziging, misbruik, batterijlekage of gebrek aan onderhoud.

Mag wijst alle verantwoordelijkheid voor incidentele of gevolgschade af. Sommige rechtsgebieden (landen, provincies en staten) staan geen uitsluiting of beperking van impliciete garanties, incidentele of gevolgschade en/of beperkingen op overdraagbaarheid toe, dus de bovenstaande beperkingen en uitsluitingen zijn mogelijk niet op u van toepassing.

HOE EN WANNEER EEN GARANTIECLAIM IN TE DIENEN: 1. In geval van batterijuitputting, stuur de zaklamp niet terug naar Mag, maar vervang de batterijen. 2. Als de zaklamp beschadigd is geraakt door batterijlekage, stuur de zaklamp niet terug naar Mag, maar bepaal welk merk batterij de schade heeft veroorzaakt en volg de instructies van de batterijfabrikant over hoe je een schadeclaim indient. 3. Voor garantieterugzendingen: Stuur eerst een e-mail naar info@maglite.eu en een teamlid zal zo spoedig mogelijk contact met je opnemen.

Deze garantie geeft je specifieke wettelijke rechten en je hebt mogelijk andere rechten die variëren per land, per provincie en per staat. Indien een termijn van deze garantie verboden is door de wet van enig rechtsgebied, zal die termijn nietig en niet van kracht zijn, maar het overige deel van deze garantie blijft volledig van kracht en effectief. DEZE UITSPRAKEN HEBBEN GEEN INVLOED OP DE WETTELIJKE RECHTEN VAN EEN CONSUMENT.
