2. MAG-LED® Technology, LED Heat-Sink Technology & Adjustable Focusing Head
The XL200® uses next-generation MAG-LED® technology with LED Heat-Sink Technology to help manage heat generated by the LED and support dependable operation. Dynamic power management electronically manages available battery power as the flashlight operates.
Its rotating head provides adjustable spot-to-flood focusing, allowing the beam pattern to be changed from a concentrated spot for distance to a broader flood for closer-area illumination. This gives the compact XL200® flexibility for both long-range and general-purpose lighting.

3. Five Functions with QuickClik® Switching & Motion-Controlled Adjustments
The XL200® combines a pushbutton tail-cap QuickClik® electronic switch with an inertial motion-control system. The tail-cap switch selects the flashlight's five primary functions, while rotation of the flashlight is used to make adjustments within applicable modes.
Full Power provides maximum illumination and allows continuous adjustment between bright and dim, with the selected level remembered for subsequent use. Strobe Mode provides a flashing signal with a user-adjustable flash rate. Nite Lite Mode starts bright, gradually dims, and remains ready to illuminate again when the flashlight is touched or moved. Morse Code Signal Mode enables user-controlled visible short and long flashes for signaling. SOS Mode automatically produces the internationally recognized SOS flashing sequence. A lockout feature helps prevent accidental activation.

5. Three AAA Alkaline Batteries for Convenient Replaceable Power
The XL200® operates on three AAA alkaline batteries, which are included. The three cells are carried in a compact battery holder, allowing the flashlight to maintain its short body configuration while using commonly available replaceable batteries.
The XL200® is not rechargeable. Fresh AAA alkaline cells can be installed whenever required, making the flashlight practical for emergency kits, vehicles, travel, work gear, home use, and other applications where replacement batteries can be stored or carried.
